Single Source's Field Service-Plus (FS-Plus) is the robust service management solution which integrates to SyteLine, giving SyteLine users the ability to manage their entire service cycle, from installation and field service to tracking warranties and maintaining service contracts for customers. SM-Plus Mobile and SM-Plus Web also integrate to Syteline, improving information flow with field technicians, remote employees, branch offices and customers.

The Single Source approach to development provides a seamless, real-time integration with no combersome interfaces to maintain. Each product uses the standard SyteLine user interface and operational navigation, speeding user acceptance and minimizing training costs.
