The Single Source Executive Dashboard module allows SyteLine users to proactively monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs). It supports the efforts of executives, managers, production/operations personnel--any employee that needs to monitor critical numbers, day-to-day operational processes or monthly performance goals. Whether it is the production manager monitoring output per day or the CFO monitoring daily cash flow, Executive Dashboard provides a graphical interface that allows personnel to quickly and easily monitor how they are doing. Critical numbers are displayed using Green (goal), Yellow (warning) and Red (critical alert).Several SyteLine KPIs or critical numbers are built-in, such as A/R aging buckets/thresholds, inventory levels (values/quantities), period-to-date (late/open orders) and sales information. Executive Dashboard integrates directly into standard SyteLine systems, Version 5.0 or greater.
Functionality
Color-Coded Indicators
Displays “Green” for goals, “Yellow” for warning and “Red” for alerts when limits are exceeded.
Built-In Critical Numbers
Monitors several predefined critical numbers including Late Orders, A/R Aging Buckets, etc.
Drill-Down Functionality
Provides ability to see the detail behind a critical number.
User and Group Level Security
Filters what information a user or group of users has access to view.
Historical Snapshots
Displays daily snapshots of critical numbers for a specified date range.
E-Mail Functionality
Generates automatic e-mails on recurring bases.
Excel Export Capabilities
Exports critical numbers to a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet format where they can be graphed and analyzed.
Remote Access
Uses standard web browser or Internet access through a palm.
