Productivity Tools extend the core functionality of the investment in SyteLine  and improves end-user productivity by expediting routine or repetitive tasks. The approach to development provides a seamless, real-time integration with no messy interfaces to maintain. Each product uses the standard SyteLine user interface and operational navigation, speeding user acceptance and minimizing training costs. Value-added SyteLine products from Single Source include:

Advanced Plant Maintenance (APM)
APM manages preventative maintenance schedules and repairs of internal assets including production equipment, machine tools, service fleets, I.T. equipment and more. APM seamlessly integrates with SyteLine inventory, purchasing, accounting, shop floor and scheduling files.

Credit Card Interface (CCI)
Credit Card Interface is a turnkey tool for processing credit cards easily and efficiently. With total integration into SyteLine, the Credit Card Interface is a streamlined solution for authorizing payment and applying the data throughout SyteLine

Executive Dashboard (ED)
The Executive Dashboard allows users to manage and control critical business performance metrics from SyteLine and other databases based user-defined upper and lower control limits. By monitoring "Red/Yellow/Green" visual alarms, user can identify a problem early before it becomes a crisis.

FASview / FASmail
FASview is a utility that can be used to attach documents to any combination of data elements in the SyteLine database and view them from within any screens where the field combination is displayed.  FASmail allows users to "screen-scrap" data and automatically embed this data into an email to quickly communicate data-"based" information to others inside or outside the company.

Field Service-Plus (FS-Plus) 
FS-Plus for SyteLine is the exclusive service management solution which seamlessly integrates with SyteLine. It manages every aspect of service operations, helping companies meet the increasing service demands of both external and internal customers.

FS-Plus Mobile (Mobile)
The mobile service management module allows field-based personnel to perform specific functions and have access to important information without a connection to the base service or ERP system. SM-Plus Mobile runs on a laptop computer or any Windows CE device.

FS-Plus Web (Web)
This powerful web extension provides Internet-based, secure access to critical service processes and information for field service technicians, customers, dealers and or vendors. SM-Plus Web supports online warranty registration and claims, incident creation and status inquiry, time & expense entry, 24 x 7 service parts ordering and more.

Instant Order Fulfillment (IOF)
Instant Order Fulfillment allows users to quickly enter Customer Orders through one screen showing Order Header, Lines, Item Warehouse, and Time Phased Inventory. It contains many areas for user customization to tailor the product to your companies needs.

Outside Process Management (OPM)
This product can be used by Syteline users to track and ship materials from a standard Syteline job to a vendor for plating, finishing, painting or any other service that may be provided.

Point of Sale (POS)
POS Point of Sale is used primarily in resale/retail applications to manage over-the-counter cash transactions or phone-in requests where customers are shipped product/materials. The POS Point-of-Sale add-on module allows you to quickly and easily enter POS transactions and post them directly to your SyteLine or FS-Plus system. POS streamlines the Order Entry, Order Fulfillment, Order Invoicing and Order Payment process speeding data entry of sales transactions.

Request for Quote (RFQ)
The RFQ Module will allow the user to create and maintain Requests For Quote (RFQ's) within the Syteline system and record supplier responses including lead time, quote quantities and price breaks for each individual RFQ.

Return Materials Authorization (RMx)
RMA Extensions increases the functionality of the standard Syteline RMA module by allowing the user to disposition items that are return from a customer. Upon receiving the returned item, the user has the option to disposition the material in multiple ways, including scrap, rework, return to inventory or return to vendor.

Work Benches
The Single Source WorkBench Suite is a productivity tool speeding inquiry time and eliminating unnecessary navigation strokes. This module combines several related and frequently accessed SyteLine and/or FS-Plus screens into a single work area. There are currently 11 WorkBench configurations that can streamline navigation and speed data retrieval.
