SINGLE SOURCE RELEASES NEW SM-PLUS™ 4.1
WITH ADVANCED AND EXPRESS EDITIONS FOR SAGE MAS 500 ERP
Indianapolis, IN – January 31, 2007 – Single Source Systems, Inc., an authorized Sage Software Master Developer Partner, announces the release of SM-Plus™ v4.1. This new version of service management software for Sage MAS 500 ERP offers both Advanced and Express editions.
Service Management Plus (SM-Plus™) Advanced Edition continues to offer a service management solution which seamlessly integrates with Sage MAS 500 ERP. It manages contact center incident tracking, resource scheduling and dispatch, service repair orders, expense tracking/reconciliation, service contracts and warranty tracking. Seamless integration with Sage MAS 500 ERP allows SM-Plus to access and update information contained in the MAS 500 customer, product and financial files. This virtually eliminates data redundancy and the possibility for data errors. Productivity is increased, while accuracy is improved. The Advanced Edition is ideal for companies with complex, mixed mode service operations.
The new SM-Plus Express Edition for Sage MAS 500 features much of the same functionality, but in a manner which simplifies setup, configuration and ease of use. It is especially well-suited for high volume field service organizations and/or companies whose service operations are important, but smaller, less strategic components of their overall business.
With two versions of SM-Plus for Sage MAS 500 now available, companies will find it easier to choose
the right service management solution to meet their particular needs. Single Source continues to emphasize flexibility in its solutions.

Core SM-Plus features also meet internal enterprise asset management (EAM) requirements such as plant, fleet and facility maintenance. Single Source also offers modules for wireless mobile field service and internet-based portals to support customer, dealer and employee self service operations. SM-Plus improves efficiencies for service-intensive manufacturers, distributors and independent service organizations by:
