SINGLE SOURCE NAMES DICK BOWDEN CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

Indianapolis, IN – August 18, 2004 – Single Source Systems, Inc. has named Dick Bowden, Chief Financial Officer of the company. With more than 25 years of experience in a variety of operational, financial, and executive positions with small to mid-sized businesses, Bowden will take charge of all financial planning and perform operational analysis for the organization.

Bowden comes to Single Source from Ritron, Inc., located in Carmel, Indiana where he served as Director of Finance and Operations. Ritron is a manufacturer of two-way radios and uses the Infor SyteLine™ ERP system. The Single Source flag-ship product, Service Management Plus (SM-Plus™), seamlessly integrates with SyteLine.

Previous to his tenure at Ritron, Bowden acted as a senior implementation consultant for Single Source, specializing in job costing, projects, and field service. Bowden holds a bachelors degree from Loyola College in Maryland, a CPA while working for Arthur Anderson in Boston, and an MBA from the Amos Tuck School of Business Administration at Dartmouth College.
