cutting-edge MAS 500 ERP system. Another notable highlight will be the introduction of SM-Plus for
Sage MAS 500 v7.0 due for release August 1st.
A few new enhancements to SM-Plus for Sage MAS 500 v7.0 for the Advanced Version include:
- Incident Escalation – automated notification will now allow the user to leverage several notification styles and set a frequency setting for each priority setting they support
- Service Level Agreements – the user will now have the ability to generate service-level agreements for customers through the Incident Escalation Architecture enhancement
