SINGLE SOURCE ATTENDS SAGE INSIGHTS 2005 CONFERENCE
Indianapolis, IN – May 23, 2005 – Single Source Systems, Inc. – a Charter Member to the
Best Enterprise Suite Premier Developer Program – attended the Sage INSIGHTS 2005 Partner Conference and Trade Show held between Monday, May 16th and Friday, May 20th at the
Gaylord Texan Resort and Convention Center in Grapevine, Texas.
The theme of this year’s Single Source exhibit booth was “Single Source Pays Big”. MAS 500 Resellers had an opportunity to meet with key Single Source personnel and discuss how SM-Plus™ and other Single Source products can dramatically increase the size of their MAS 500 business deals.

by pushing information and transactions through the system more efficiently and effectively.
Professional Services
Showing the customer short on capacity, skill set, or subject matter expertise how certified developers and consultants from Single Source can supplement the resource pool and help to reduce delivery times and increase service coverage within the customer base.
Cory Rhodes, Director of Product Channel Sales at Single Source, made a presentation on
SM-Plus Integrated Service Management for MAS 500 at this year’s INSIGHTS 2005 conference. Rhodes acquainted attendees with how SM-Plus seamlessly integrates with MAS 500 and how it manages every aspect of service including call centers, field service, depot repair, and fleet/facility maintenance operations.
He emphasized how Single Source can help resellers identify opportunities to help their customers improve efficiencies, reduce warranty costs and improve customer satisfaction.
