SINGLE SOURCE EXHIBITS AT MPOWER - MAPICS 2005 INTERNATIONAL
CUSTOMER CONFERENCE

Indianapolis, IN – June 1, 2005 – Single Source Systems, Inc. – a member of the MAPICS Certified Partner Program – attended the MPower 2005 International Customer Conference held between Sunday, May 22nd and Wednesday, May 25th at the Wyndham Palace Resort and Spa in Lake Buena Vista, Florida. MAPICS (acquired by Infor in April of this year), works with manufacturers to provide solutions that help them be top performers in their industries. These solutions enable companies to gain market share, operate at peak efficiency, and exceed customer expectations.

MAPICS SyteLine™ users had an opportunity to meet with key Single Source personnel at the conference’s Technology Expo and learn first-hand how Service Management Plus (SM-Plus™) and other Single Source products can help them reach world class manufacturing success.

During the conference, Single Source also delivered informative presentations on such topics as field service, depot repair, warranty management and fleet/facility maintenance operations. Emphasis was placed on how SM-Plus helps SyteLine users improve efficiencies, reduce warranty costs and improve customer satisfaction.
