MED1ONLINE SELECTS SM-PLUS™ SERVICE SOFTWARE FOR SAGE MAS 500 ERP TO OPTIMIZE MEDICAL EQUIPMENT SERVICE


Indianapolis, IN and Fort Collins, CO – June 20, 2006 – Single Source Systems, Inc. and Accounting Systems, Inc. today announced that Med1Online, a Golden, Colorado-based capital medical equipment dealer, has selected the Sage MAS 500 ERP software system along with the SM-Plus™ for Sage MAS 500 service management solution. Med1Online plans to use SM-Plus to improve efficiencies and drive cost savings in several key areas, including service contracts, field and depot repair operations, resource scheduling and dispatch, and preventive maintenance scheduling and tracking.

SM-Plus for Sage MAS 500 ERP is an integrated information system that helps service-intensive companies manage and maintain internal and customer-owned assets by providing highly functional service business process support seamlessly integrated to back-office financials, purchasing, inventory control, costing and management reporting. By implementing SM-Plus for Sage MAS 500 ERP, Med1Online will be able to gain efficiencies by streamlining paper-based work order management processes; reducing time and cost of delivering accurate information to key decision makers; improving service contract setup and maintenance processes; providing the ability to track equipment and customer-specific service history information; and shrinking open service call cycle time.
